The apartment is fully equipped and decorated for immediate occupancy. It includes air conditioning, heating, internet, television, cushions and towels, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary items for daily living.

A weekly cleaning of common areas and bathrooms is included.

Netflix and similar services, as well as soap, toilet paper, or personal effects, are not included.

The deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking. It will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking transfer.

Each week, a person will come to clean the apartment; however, maintaining the order and proper upkeep of the space is the responsibility of the tenants.

Although we love animals, they may disturb the neighbors or your roommate. Therefore, we only allow pets if you rent the entire apartment.
